Neighbourhood Network Away Days

The Neighbourhood Network Co-ordinator held Away Days every six months for the staff of the Neighbourhood Network Schemes.

There will be no further Away Days until funding is secured for the Neighbourhood Network Co-ordinator post.

The last Neighbourhood Network Away Day was held on WEDNESDAY 5TH APRIL 2006.

Minutes can be downloaded from this page.

The Neighbourhood Network Schemes actively work to improve the quality of life and they rely on volunteers for much of their work.

They need:

Management Committee members and trustees who can help with finance and fundraising, management or administration.  Just 2 hours if your valuable time every 6 weeks and a committement to the Schemes is needed.

Volunteers to support older people.  A range of opportunities are available including befriending an older person, driving a minibus or providing support for trips and outings.  Give as much or as little time as you can to help older people in your local community.

For more information, please contact your local Scheme.
